職位描述：
qualification: (knowledge， skills， competencies)
1.bachelor degree or above in animal science and medicine or biology related major; the candidate with veterinarian or laboratory animal background preferable; working experience in laboratory animal facility or veterinary clinics preferable; working experience with large animal preferable；
2.good communication capability， candidate with english capability would be given priority；
3.be able to work independently， attention to details， passionate about animals， be enthusiastic on laboratory animal science and management career ;
4.good command of office software， e.g. word， excel; capable of organization and management， accept working overtime after daily work， at weekends or on holidays， if required；
職位要求：
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，動物科學(xué)、動物醫(yī)學(xué)或相關(guān)生物類專業(yè)。有獸醫(yī)、實驗動物教育背景或在實驗動物設(shè)施、獸醫(yī)院工作經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。熟悉嚙齒類實驗動物飼養(yǎng)的工作并有相應(yīng)管理經(jīng)驗經(jīng)歷優(yōu)先。
2.良好的溝通能力，具有一定的英語能力優(yōu)先。
3.能夠獨立工作，細(xì)心，愛護(hù)動物，愿意從事實驗動物科學(xué)/管理工作。
4.有文字處理，電子表格的電腦知識。有組織統(tǒng)籌和團(tuán)隊管理能力。由于工作需要，也有可能在下班，周末或者假日期間加班。
responsibilities:
1.responsible for the routine operation of laboratory rodent facility， including management of husbandry team， facility management， consumables management， documents management， etc；
2.cooperate with colleagues and deliver tasks as planned， including business unit， veterinarian department， qa department， equipment department， facility department， etc；
3.assist the veterinarians in implementation of animal welfare procedures， monitoring any procedures related to animals to ensure the compliance with related guidelines and sop；
4.involved in drafting， reviewing and renewing the sops associated with management of laboratory rodents；
5.responsible for interfacing with external agencies， assuring the operation of animal facility is in compliance with pertinent regulations；
職責(zé)：
1.負(fù)責(zé)管理嚙齒類實驗動物設(shè)施的日常工作，包括飼養(yǎng)人員管理，動物設(shè)施管理，耗材管理，文件管理等相關(guān)工作。
2.協(xié)助內(nèi)部同事完成相應(yīng)的工作，包括業(yè)務(wù)部門、獸醫(yī)部門、質(zhì)量管理部門、設(shè)備部門、設(shè)施部門等。
3.協(xié)助獸醫(yī)同事確保設(shè)施內(nèi)動物福利措施的執(zhí)行，監(jiān)督任何涉及動物的流程使其符合相關(guān)指導(dǎo)原則和操作規(guī)程。
4.參與編寫，審查和更新的嚙齒類實驗動物飼養(yǎng)管理相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)操作規(guī)程。
5.負(fù)責(zé)與外部的機構(gòu)溝通協(xié)調(diào)，保證動物設(shè)施的運營符合相關(guān)規(guī)范。
