together with group team member to continuously improve and optimize dealers f&i business in order to achieve group’s overall f&i quantitative and qualitative target
main tasks
1.monitor dealer’s f&i performance on daily basis, drive work efforts to meet kpis set.
2.assist group f&i director in negotiating with external business partners in order to improve dealer’s cooperation condition and maximize f&i profit at dealership.
3.consolidate, analyse operational data to provide business report for managerial decision making.
4.assist group f&i director in optimizing f&i products and the working process and ensure the proper execution of group strategy at dealerships.
5.in collaboration with group training academy, to organize related f&i trainings to improve soft-skill of dealer’s sale force.
6.in collaboration with group’s audit and compliance department to monitor the operational risks and ensure deale's f&i operation is in compliance with local regulations and company’s inner policy.
7.handle ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.
profile of requirements / personality requirements
education
?bachelors / master’s degree in finance and insurance, business management, economics.
?previous working experience in auto retail group, insurance company and bank is preferable.
soft skills / other requirements
?proficient in english and mandarin, both written and oral,
?proficiency with microsoft office suite (word, excel, access & powerpoint);
?quick learner, result driven and willing to take new challenges;
?willing to travel (up to 30%).
第2篇 保險(xiǎn)金融咨詢(xún)主管崗位職責(zé)要求
崗位職責(zé)：
1、與客戶(hù)溝通介紹相關(guān)保險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)品責(zé)任；
2、協(xié)助處理問(wèn)題件照會(huì)等服務(wù)工作；
3、根據(jù)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃，督導(dǎo)、促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)推動(dòng)計(jì)劃的實(shí)施，確保業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)；
4、維護(hù)渠道關(guān)系及駐點(diǎn)輔導(dǎo)支持，對(duì)渠道業(yè)務(wù)開(kāi)展過(guò)程中的各類(lèi)問(wèn)題提供咨詢(xún)及陪訪支持；
5、負(fù)責(zé)服務(wù)渠道各階段業(yè)務(wù)分析工作，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并加以調(diào)整；
6、根據(jù)渠道的需求，組織并開(kāi)展重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)及沙龍活動(dòng)的籌辦；
7、負(fù)責(zé)配合公司培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，開(kāi)展各類(lèi)保險(xiǎn)制式化培訓(xùn)工作；
8、負(fù)責(zé)保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)輔銷(xiāo)工具的管理及使用輔導(dǎo)工作；
9、負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)管理工作中的日常事務(wù)及其他領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的工作。
崗位要求：
1、三年及以上保險(xiǎn)業(yè)務(wù)推動(dòng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有保險(xiǎn)專(zhuān)業(yè)中介工作經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先考慮；
2、具備一定的保險(xiǎn)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn)或培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；
3、熟悉當(dāng)?shù)乇ｋU(xiǎn)市場(chǎng)，具有較好的產(chǎn)品分析能力；
4、本科及以上學(xué)歷，保險(xiǎn)、金融、法律、醫(yī)學(xué)、稅務(wù)、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)等專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮；
5、具備較好的溝通能力及表達(dá)能力，富于團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；
6、具備較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力，工作主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，富于進(jìn)取精神。
