responsibilities:

1. dispose information related to quality issue and customer complaints;

2. involve in contract review, providing information related to product quality control;

3. verify product quality, track preventive actions, and verify results;

4. keeping good relationships with customers, collecting information about customers, and feedback the related contact person;

5. finish the work tasks assigned by superiors on time.

requirements:

1. college degree or above, mechanical engineering, 5 years of relevant experience in similar industry, and proficient in english;
