第1篇 安全環(huán)境工程師崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
1、根據(jù)國家安全生產(chǎn)及環(huán)境保護的法律法規(guī)和技術(shù)要求來開展日常運轉(zhuǎn)工作;
2、監(jiān)督、組織公司各職能部門在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營活動中有關(guān)安全環(huán)保方面工作的實施,使公司各職能部門從事各項生產(chǎn)、實驗、研發(fā)及經(jīng)營等活動所帶來的對員工及環(huán)境的影響降至最低,積極參與各項環(huán)保工程的改造項目,以保證其符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn);
3、維護及更新執(zhí)行公司相關(guān)安全、健康、環(huán)境文件、規(guī)定制度,進行定期的安全檢查及整改處理,對員工進行安全教育、訓(xùn)練實施及記錄管理;
4、工傷及安全事故處理及再發(fā)放之對策,勞防用品配置、更新及使用監(jiān)督。
任職要求:
1、大專或本科學(xué)歷、安全環(huán)境、工程類相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、二年以上相關(guān)行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗;
3、具有安全工程師任職資質(zhì),熟悉國家安全法律法規(guī)以及當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)保政策,責(zé)任心強,態(tài)度認(rèn)真;
4、了解iso14001,ohsas18001等相關(guān)知識;
5、良好的溝通能力和英語表達能力。
第2篇 安全環(huán)境工程師崗位職責(zé)任職要求
安全環(huán)境工程師崗位職責(zé)
健康安全環(huán)境工程師 上海賽飛 上海賽飛航空線纜制造有限公司，賽飛 main function responsibilities and activities / 本職位的主要責(zé)任以及職能:
system requirements /系統(tǒng)要求:
-create the system and ensure full compliance to applicable eh&s system requirements for iso 14001 and ohsas 18001 as applicable by the company /創(chuàng)建達到iso 14001以及ohsas 18001在eh&s領(lǐng)域的要求，并且確保此系統(tǒng)適用于全公司。
-ensure all applicable msds’s required are obtained and properly maintained /確保達到使用的msds的要求并且進行恰當(dāng)維護。
-create， perform and deploy personnel eh&s training /創(chuàng)立，執(zhí)行，并且部署人事eh&s培訓(xùn)工作。
-other duty assigned by managers / 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
facility and installations protection /設(shè)備設(shè)施的防護:
-manage internal and external personnel security system and access and control in coordination with hr departments /與公司人力資源部門合作，控制管理公司內(nèi)部與外部人員門禁安保安全系統(tǒng)。
-ensure facilities and installations meets the hs&e applicable requirements /確保公司的設(shè)施設(shè)備達到公司hs&e的可適用要求。
-investigate risky/hazardous situations or events that may occur at the installations /調(diào)查公司所配備裝置設(shè)施可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險或事故。
-follow up to incidents and accidents within the facilities /跟蹤公司內(nèi)部事件事故的進展。
-follow up lack of hs&e and related procedures follow up incidents /跟進hs&e的不足之處，跟蹤事故的處理。
-ensure compliance to finance and customs regulations about security /確保安全方面遵從財務(wù)以及海關(guān)規(guī)章制度。
-control and follow up to fire detection and protection system /掌控與跟進火災(zāi)探測器與保護系統(tǒng)。
industrial security and hygiene /工業(yè)安全與衛(wèi)生:
-create and coordinate health and safety commission and related activities /創(chuàng)立健康安全相關(guān)委員會，協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)活動。
-perform periodic audits to detect and correct unsafe conditions and acts /定期進行審計工作，檢查并且糾正不安全行為以及不安全狀態(tài)。
-follow up to security programs looking to prevent accidents and work related diseases /跟進安全項目，預(yù)防事故以及工作可能引起的疾病。
-attention to inspections and visits of government and other third parties related to eh&s /接待h&s領(lǐng)域相關(guān)的政府部門與其他第三方。
-coordinate and control related studies， monitoring and risk analysis /整合與控制相關(guān)研究，監(jiān)控與風(fēng)險評估。
-determine and ensure applicable ppe will be provided to all required personnel /確保合適的ppe提供給了所有被要求持有的人員。
-verify and ensure compliance to legal and system requirements /核實，確保符合與法律及系統(tǒng)要求相統(tǒng)一。
-coordinate emergency response (evacuation drills， first aid， etc.)/協(xié)調(diào)人員進行應(yīng)急響應(yīng)演習(xí) (緊急撤離、急救，等)。
-investigation of work incidents and accidents /調(diào)查工作中出現(xiàn)的事故。
environment /環(huán)境:
-verify compliance to legal environmental and follow up to requirements /確保遵循環(huán)境相關(guān)法律，跟進相關(guān)要求。
-ensure adequate handling of hazardous and not hazardous residues /確保對危險或非危險殘余物的充分處理。
-coordinate and control over studies， monitoring and analysis of contaminants /整合以及控制對污染物的研究，監(jiān)控以及分析。
-obtain and maintain necessary permits related to eh&s to be able to operate /確保獲取，維護eh&s相關(guān)的必要許可證，并確保其執(zhí)行。
-attentions to inspectors and visits of government and other third parties in environmental matter /關(guān)注政府部門以及其他第三方與環(huán)境相關(guān)的檢查與參觀。
required skills and experience / 本職位所要求的技能及經(jīng)歷:
a. educational qualifications /教育資格
-bachelor degree from college or university in a related field /相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位證書。
b. work experience - technical knowledge /工作經(jīng)歷-專業(yè)知識
-at least 3 years of experience in aerospace industry or equivalent in similar position /至少擁有三年從事航空或者相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的工作。
-certification of environmental management systems iso14001 and ohsas 18001， etc. /熟悉iso14001以及ohsas 18001環(huán)境管理系統(tǒng)認(rèn)證。
-certified internal auditor on management systems /獲得管理系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部審計師認(rèn)證。
-fluent english speaking /英語口語流利。
c. professional skills /專業(yè)技能
-project management /曾擔(dān)當(dāng)項目經(jīng)理。
-ms office and planning tools proficiency /能熟練運用辦公軟件與設(shè)計工具。
-manufacturing environment related skills and experience /具備與生產(chǎn)環(huán)境相關(guān)的技術(shù)與經(jīng)驗。
